We sincerely thank all our customers and partners for a great 2022. We are now experience a huge increase in customer inquiries. It has been an eventful year for Videolink ApS. Some of the highlights from this year includes tests at partners and municipalities, participating in different conferences and expos – especially our participation at the CIIE Expo in Shanghai with a both where we actually achieved the “2022 Digital Innovation Paradigm Award”🏆. We are also in dialog with potential partnerships and investors. We are actually close to join partnership with a (in Denmark) known “Sweat equity” organisation (more info will come in 2023). We are also hoping to close our present 2nd. investor round in Q1 2023 (let me know if you are interesting in hearing more about the possibility to become investor in Videolink). Loneliness, physical and mental health has been a huge topic this year. The lack of “warm hands” in the healthcare business is a problem all over the world and Videolink can help free up resources in the municipalities and careware organisations. Videolink can actually help to include the elderly and woundable and thereby obtaining our mission to give the elderly their dignity back and increase their quality of life in general. But also, to increase the elderly’s health by introducing telerehabilitation, doctor video consultation, video visitation and telemedicine. Therefore, we will increase our focus going into dialogue with the municipalities – also to reduce the caretaker costs and to make better use of the caretaker’s work. They should not use their time on trivial working tasks such as helping the elderly e.g., using tablets or smartphones in their daily working process. Instead, they should take care of their core business supporting and helping the elderly doing welfare-services in general.

In Q1 2023 we will introduce our brand new Videolink code 2.0 and thereby increase customer user experience and onboarding of new customers.
